Once you have these details, copy and paste them into the appropriate fields within Datagran. Within this setup, ensure you select the action to 'create and update Customer', with the lookup field being 'email'.
This integration is designed to either create or update customer profiles in Customer.io, based on the provided email address. If a customer does not exist in Customer.io, a new profile will be created. Conversely, if a customer already exists, their attributes will be updated according to the information you provide. This applies to both existing attributes in Customer.io, which will be updated, and new attributes, which will be created.
