What is needed to configure an integration?

The first thing that is needed is:

• A Facebook user account.
• The account to be linked to a page with full read permissions (or own it).

The first thing to do is to choose a new or existing Facebook account -via our OAuth login cycle- when creating an integration:

The next step is to choose the page to extract data from. If the user account is linked to at least one page, then that page will be listed in the pages field.

The next step is to choose a start date from the last drop-down field. This is the date the integration will start extracting the data from.

Is there any limitation on streams and data types?

In this integration type, each stream corresponds to a call to retrieve data from a particular API endpoint. Each endpoint has its particularities, and all of them imply some degree of pagination at some level (typically 15 or 20 records), which involves several calls to the same API endpoint, depending on the amount of records to retrieve.

The available streams are related to the chosen page's contents, and directly related to the available Facebook Pages API. They are:

• page, posts, and post_attachments.
• post_tagged_profile.
• page_insight_CTA_clicks.
• page_insight_call_phone_clicks.
• page_insight_get_directions_clicks.
• page_insight_website_clicks.
