If all permissions were not granted correctly you need to remove the Datagran application from Facebook and do the process again.

Login to Facebook and click in your profile picture in the top right of Facebook, then click Settings & privacy.

Then click Settings.

Once you are in the Settings page click Apps and Websites option in the left side menu.

Now, look for the Datagran application and click the Remove button.
