This action is very useful for companies that use Intercom as a platform to manage communication with customers.

With this Action, Datagran customers can send the output of Pipelines containing Machine Learning models or any data source into Intercom.

To start sending data to Intercom:

1. Sign in to your Datagran account and head over to Pipelines.
2. Start a Pipeline, by adding the data sources you want to extract information from, for example: MySQL, Shopify, Salesforce, or an ML operator.
3. Drag and drop a data source or any operator and connect with our Intercom Action

4. Once that is done, hit the Edit button.

Before this action is run, make sure your pipeline is providing this data name, phone, and created at, these fields are required by Intercom

5. Chose or connect your Intercom account.

6. Select an action

7. Select the data source and fill the fields, you can add more fields in custom attributes, and click in save button. The phone attribute must be a string with the “+” symbol at the beginning otherwise it will not update or create the user.

8. Now you can run this action, click in run button and wait until the data is uploaded into Intercom

9. The data was uploaded successfully to Intercom
