**One the most valuable Destinations available

inside of our pipelines is Slack. Now, teams can export output tables directly into a Slack channel without the need to code. This is especially useful for growth, BI and data science teams by allowing them to run data models, and send them directly to other teams.**

Note: Please note that this application differs from the Slack bot powered by Jedi. Install this app if you wish to send data to your Slack channels and receive notifications. On the other hand, utilize the Slack bot powered by Jedi if you need to query data in a natural language format.

  1. Sign in to your Datagran account and head over to Pipelines.

  2. Start a Pipeline, by adding the data sources you want to extract information from, for example: MySQLShopify, etc.

  1. Drag and drop a Custom SQL Operator if you want to see what’s inside of your data source. With this element, you can add or remove any column. If you don’t know coding, the Editor helps you clean up your data without the need to write any code. Save and run your operator to make your data available for the Slack Destination.
