Here's a checklist you must follow to avoid running into issues when integrating with Facebook Ads.
- [ ] Make sure you are a Facebook Ads Account Admin. Follow these instructions. Please note, only an Admin can view permission settings:
- Go to Business Settings on your Facebook Account.
- Use the menu on the left to decide how you'd like to see your permissions.
- By User: Click Users. Then click People, Partners or System Users and select a user to view all users in your Business Manager and the assets assigned to them. Select an asset to view the user's level of permission.
- By Account: Click Accounts, then select a type of account. Select an account to view the people who have access to it. Select a person to view their level of permission.
- [ ] If you are not a Facebook Ads account Admin, request to be made one with your account Admin.
- [ ] Accept the request and head back to Datagran to select the Ad Account you want to integrate.
